If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, The House of Aarvi may contact the customer regarding an alternative product, replacement or applicable refund.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled because of an incorrect price, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Custom-stitched products are prepared according to the measurements provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Once custom stitching has started, measurement changes may not be possible.

Custom-stitched products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Custom-stitched products are not eligible for return or exchange.
